Questions about pricing

Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every account starts with a 14-day free trial of Pro. A card is required, but you are not charged until day 15. Before the trial ends, choose the plan that fits and keep going. The AI Influence & Search add-on is not part of the trial; turn it on whenever you are ready.
What counts as a "mention"?
A mention is any Reddit post or comment, or YouTube video or comment, that contains one of your tracked keywords. We count each unique mention once per day, regardless of how many keywords it matches.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel at any time from your account settings. No cancellation fees, no questions asked. Your account stays active until the end of your billing period.
What is the managed response service?
Agency and Enterprise plans include access to our network of verified, high-karma Reddit community voices. Rather than responding as your brand directly, we connect you with trusted community members who can engage authentically on your behalf, the only approach Reddit communities actually respect.
What is AI Influence & Search?
AI Influence & Search is a $299/month add-on for Pro and Agency plans with three tools. Mention Share checks real buyer questions against ChatGPT, Claude and Google AI Overviews every week (250 a week on Pro, 1,000 on Agency) and shows where you are cited and who is cited instead. Do I need Google Search Console for Citation Briefs?
No. Briefs come from your Mention Share data: searches where AI cites someone else instead of you. Connecting Search Console makes them sharper by adding keywords where Google already shows you but almost nobody clicks.
Does MentionTrack write the articles?
No. We give you the brief: target search, who AI cites now, meta title and description, schema markup and internal links. You draft it with your own AI (Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot), and a person on your team reviews it before it goes live.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
