By accessing or using MentionTrack.ai ("MentionTrack", "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. "You" refers to the individual or entity accessing the Service.
MentionTrack is a community intelligence platform that monitors publicly available content on Reddit and other platforms for brand mentions, competitor mentions, and industry keywords. The Service provides analytics, alerts, and workflow tools to help brands and agencies track and engage with online conversations.
MentionTrack only monitors publicly accessible content. We do not access private messages, restricted communities, or any content that requires authentication to view.
To use MentionTrack, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:

MentionTrack offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are in USD unless otherwise stated.

MentionTrack's engagement marketplace connects brands with verified community voices for authentic engagement. When using the marketplace:
The MentionTrack platform, including its software, design, and content, is owned by MentionTrack.ai and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any keywords, custom configurations, and data you upload. By using the Service, you grant MentionTrack a limited licence to process this data to provide the Service.
Mention data sourced from Reddit and other platforms remains subject to those platforms' terms of service and applicable copyright law.
MentionTrack is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that all mentions will be captured. Reddit's API and platform changes may affect coverage.
No guarantee of outcomes. Nothing on the MentionTrack website, marketing materials, investor communications, or within the Service itself constitutes a guarantee of business performance, marketing results, revenue growth, customer acquisition, search ranking, sentiment improvement, or any other commercial outcome. Any statistics, case studies, projections, or forward-looking statements are illustrative only and are not a promise of results. Your results will depend on many factors outside of our control, including your own strategy, execution, market conditions, and the behavior of third-party platforms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MentionTrack shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost profits, lost data, or reputational harm.
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. We will retain your data for 30 days post-termination, after which it will be deleted.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
